Course Description

Registration Deadline

Registration fees include breakfast, breaks, lunch and conference materials. Registration fees do NOT include parking charges. All cancellations prior to April 1, 2011 will receive a full refund. After this date, refunds will not be granted.
After April 1 2011, add $25 per attendee.
